Our technical sales staff has the experience and expertise to work through the most complex and unique applications, arriving at an equipment selection that is both technically correct and still practical in application.

In addition to our pump selection capabilities, we have the application knowledge to troubleshoot process, system and equipment problems - right over the phone, and if required, are happy to visit your site to take a more "hands on" approach to the problem.


REPAIR SERVICES

Our main facility in Mississauga Ontario is chock full of all the right equipment and expertise to offer you full component and assembly repair on any pump make out there. ProSpec offers quality repairs for the smallest metering pump to the largest vertical turbine. We will receive your unit, perform a full inspection and prepare a report for your review before we do any billable work. With your approval, we will proceed to perform the necessary work in a professional and expedient manner. Our service work is guaranteed!


TESTING SERVICES

Testing pumps is critical to ensuring quality product. We have the facilities to run test and hydrostatically test every pump that leaves our door, apart from the really big ones. This capability helps us verify manufacturing, assembly and repair procedures to expose any potential problems before the product gets to the customer.


SITE SERVICES

ProSpec offers a variety of site services such as equipment start-up and commissioning, pump population surveys, spare parts audits, field troubleshooting, field service work, vibration analysis, laser shaft alignment, component assembly, installation inspection, bid evaluation etc.


TRAINING SERVICES

It is our belief that an educated customer will better understand the total value that our company offers. Therefore, we offer a variety of pre-packaged and custom training programs held in our facility, our customers' facility or at the pump manufacturer. Our training programs offer instruction in general pump selection, installation, operation and troubleshooting as well as more focused schools to suit particular customer requirements.
